Privacy Policy

Last Update: 10, October 2025

1) Who we are & what this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how visitlovelandco.org (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and uses information when you use https://www.visitlovelandco.org/ (the “Site”). We are a U.S.-focused editorial and affiliate website. We review and compare iGaming brands—especially NFL sportsbooks and betting apps—and publish guides about odds quality, market depth (props, SGPs, alt lines), live betting performance, banking speed, and other factors that matter to players.

We do not operate a gambling site, accept bets, or handle player accounts. Our content is informational and may contain affiliate links.

2) What we collect

We aim to collect only what we need to run and improve the Site.

  • Browsing & device data. When you visit, our systems and service providers may automatically collect: IP address, pages viewed, time on page, referring/exit pages, approximate location (city/region), device/OS/browser, and cookie IDs.

  • Cookies & tracking. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for analytics, advertising, and affiliate attribution. These may capture campaign parameters (e.g., UTMs), click IDs, and “link-out” events to help us understand what content helped you find an operator.

  • Contact details. We do not run a newsletter or public contact form by default. If you email us directly, we’ll receive whatever you send (e.g., your email address and message).

  • Sensitive data. We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories (e.g., health, precise geolocation, government IDs, or biometric data).

3) How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Operate, secure, and debug the Site; detect/prevent fraud or abuse.

  • Measure traffic and engagement to improve content (e.g., which NFL betting app reviews are most helpful).

  • Personalize or cap advertising and measure ad performance.

  • Attribute affiliate commissions when you click an outbound link and later sign up with a partner brand.

  • Comply with law or enforce our rights.

  • If you email us, respond to your message.

We do not sell personal information for money. Under California law, we may “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and measurement; you can opt out (see Section 7).

4) Cookies & tracking

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Pixels are code that help count visits or conversions. Affiliate parameters (e.g., UTMs, click IDs) help us and our partners understand which content referred you so that we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Manage controls:

  • You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings.

  • Many browsers support Global Privacy Control (GPC); where feasible, we treat GPC as an opt-out of “sale/share” under California law.

  • To make a U.S. privacy request or opt out of sale/share, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request.”

5) Advertising, analytics & affiliates

We use standard analytics (e.g., web analytics tools), advertising technologies (e.g., ad networks and their pixels), and affiliate networks or direct partner programs for iGaming brands. We don’t list vendors here because they may change; typical categories include:

  • Analytics providers (site usage, performance, and engagement metrics)

  • Advertising/measurement partners (ad delivery, frequency capping, and performance)

  • Affiliate networks/partners (click tracking, conversion and commission attribution)

Outbound links to sportsbooks or other services may contain IDs or parameters so that a partner can credit us if you register or complete an action.

6) Sharing of information

We may share limited information with:

  • Service providers (hosting, security, analytics, anti-fraud) under contracts that restrict use.

  • Advertising and affiliate partners for ad delivery, measurement, and commission tracking.

  • Legal/compliance recipients if required by law, to protect rights, or to respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and measurement as defined by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). You can opt out (see Section 7).

7) Your privacy rights (U.S. states)

Depending on where you live (e.g., California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah), you may have rights to:

  • Access/Know what categories of personal information we process.

  • Delete certain personal information (subject to exceptions).

  • Correct inaccuracies (where applicable).

  • Portability (receive a copy in a portable format, where applicable).

  • Opt out of “sale”/“sharing” of personal information and targeted advertising.

  • Limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive PI).

  • Appeal a denied request (email us with “Appeal” in the subject).

How to exercise your rights:
Email [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We may ask for limited information to verify you (e.g., your email and basic details about your interaction with the Site). Authorized agents may act on your behalf where allowed. We honor GPC signals as an opt-out of sale/share where feasible.

8) Data retention & security

  • Retention. We keep analytics data typically up to 24 months and server logs up to 12 months, unless a longer period is needed for security, debugging, compliance, or disputes.

  • Security. We use reasonable safeguards such as HTTPS, access controls, and software updates. No method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9) Children’s privacy

Our content relates to gambling. The Site is not directed to individuals under 21 (or higher where required). Do not use the Site or submit information if you are under the legal age. If we learn that we collected data from someone underage, we will delete it.

10) Third-party links & disclaimers

Our reviews and comparisons link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Always review each operator’s privacy policy and terms.

11) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date.
