A total-body fitness class that combines the practices of Pilates and Yoga to help you build strength and increase flexibility. Upbeat music and challenging movement patterns make this fusion class loads of fun! Please bring your own mat.
TONED, STRETCHED & CENTERED
— Saturdays at 9:30am (June 29 – August 24)
This fun fusion class consists of 25 minutes of core and balance movements, 25 minutes of yoga stretching and 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation. Modifications will be provided for all levels; please bring your own mat.
